3/4 Sheet Cookie Sheet

18-gauge aluminum 3/4-sheet pan by Johnson Rose. NSF certified with wire-reinforced bead edge. 15"x21"x1".

I love the size of these pans! Full sheets are too large to fit in home ovens, and half sheets leave valuable space available on oven racks. This pan fits perfectly in my oven with no unused space on the rack. I am able to bake about 20 cookies per batch instead of 12 on a half-sheet pan (exact number depends on the size of the cookies).

The only down-side is that I love to bake on silicone liners, and so far I haven't found any that fit this pan. I just use a double-layer of parchment paper for now.
