Ck Products Meringue Powder- 16 oz.

One pound (16 oz) of premium meringue powder from CK Products.  Four ounces equals approximately 48 Tablespoons. This product comes in a bag that is not resealable. It may be helpful to have a container handy to put it in when you open it so that you can seal it airtight while not in use. (The plastic canisters that the smaller amounts come in-- 4 oz and 8 oz.-- are great containers, so if you already have one of those, this would make a great refill package)

This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy or dairy products, peanuts, soy, tree nuts.

Ingredients: Corn Starch, Sugar, Egg Whites, Vegetable Gum, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar.
