Dough Scraper

Also called a Bench Scraper or Dough Cutter.  This is one of my all-time favorite kitchen tools.  It's great for cutting cookie dough (like when I cut the top tier off the wedding cake cookie to make it into a birthday cake, or cutting circles in half to make watermelon slices).  It's also handy for clean-up- just scrape your dough mess right off the counter into the trash.  (Incidentally, this is also my favorite cake decorating tool!  I couldn't live without it).  4 1/2" tall by 5 3/4" wide, stainless steel blade, wood handle.
