AmeriColor brand food decorating pens make writing on your cookies as easy as signing your name. Writes best on dried Royal Icing or Corn Syrup Icing, and fondant, gumpaste or pastillage. Americolor also says they'll work on hard boiled eggs, fruits, vegetables, breads, ganache, and other fun food projects.

Americolor writers have soft paintbrush-like tips that are very versatile. Use a light touch, and you can get very fine lines and details. Press a little harder, and/or hold the pen at an angle, and you'll get broad lines. Adjust your pressure and angle to get everything in between. Great markers!

10-color set includes purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, fleshtone, pink, red, brown, and black.
