One pretty cookie wrapped in a cellophane bag is one of my favorite things to do. I love these little snowflakes with a white or blue bow tied on them.
To make these cuties, use the small snowflake cookie cutter to cut out your cookies. To decorate, use Blue, Pastel Blue and/or Opal sanding sugars to sugar the whole background. Then all you need is a simple outline for the snowflake using white or blue frosting and a #2 tip. (I like to add a little "Bright White" food coloring to my white frosting, especially when doing snowflakes. It makes the white just a little more crisp and pretty.) Let your decorations dry and then bag them up in small cellophane bags. These would make cute party favors or package tie-ons.
